when you do business with STOK Emballage on behalf of a company, your name, telephone number and e-mail is considered as personal data according to the new General Data Protection Regulation valid within the EU from 25.05.2018 (GDPR).

Which information is stored?
At STOK Emballage we only store and process company information such as adress, phone number, contact person and product specifications as well as informations necessary to conduct a business contract such as quotations, delivery information and invoices.

 

How does STOK Emballage obtain these data?

We only receive data for storage, when you as a representative of a cooperating business partner provide data to us by contacting us directly.

 

What is the purpose of storing the data?

We only process and store personal data to conduct a business contract and support our business cooperation compliant with article 6.1.B of the General Data Protection Regulation.

 

Will personal data be shared with a third party?

Your company information is only shared with a third party, if it is necessary in order to conduct business with you. This will occure when delivering your purchased goods where delivery adress and contact information is shared with the forwarding company or supplier conducting the actual transport.

 

 Does other parties process your personal data?

If we use a subsupplier with the purpose of delivering goods, we will take legal, technical and organizational procautions necessary according to the General Data Protection Regulation. We will therefor only allow access to personal data if it is compelling to conduct a business contract and deliver the goods safely.

 

How long does STOK Emballage store your data?

We will continue to store business data provided by you and necessary to conduct a business contract. These data will be stored as long as it is relevant for our business cooperation.

 

What rights do you have?

Regarding the processing of your data, you have the right to:

  • get insight into the information we process about you
  • get your personal data rectified if they are incorrect
  • get your personal data erased
  • limit the processing of your personal data. In such case, STOK Emballage can still store your data, but only processs them with your concent.
  • object against our legal processing of your personal data.
  • receive your personal information in an organized, normally used and readable format.
